Out of the blue, we lost about 25 live channels on the Stream App to iPhones and iPads, inside the house, on same wifi as Comcast. When we tried to go to live channel, got an error message that we were not subscribed, even as we are looking at the channel on the inside tv.We also lost recordings. Support took us through the expected checklist - reboot; delete and reload app; turn off and restart ios device. Says that others are having same problem. Supervisor called back, within reasonable time, and said it may be a systemic problem. As of today, nothing has changed. Any word on expected fix?
