You'll have a cap when you go back. All new AT&T customers get the cap. If you had stayed with them you would have been grandfathered in.   I have a friend who uses AT&T and said I need to sign up with them but their deal isn't as good as it sounds when you're a new customer. I'm waiting for Google Fiber to hit this side of town. Then maybe I can stop paying Comcast's extortion fees. N it was over by like 20 something GB's If comcast would give it's customer roll over data like att mobility does, then most would be fine, as I have 20 to 30 GB's to spare most months (last month only had 5 GB's left over) If I'd have roll ober I could build a reserve for when I do go over!   We pay for 300 weather we use them or not.......but we get billed for going over n not rewarded for staying under the 300! Check this out .....when AT&T went from unlimited data on their cell phones, their established customers were not imposed caps......caps were for new customers, unless their established customers made changes to their plans....(this was round 2010 n my sister still has her unlimited date)!  My family grew n I had to make changes n wound up sharing 3.0 GB's a month with my wife. Which included roll over data.......we've never gone over, since we're on wifi mostly everywhere now a days..... Well a week ago I get a test from AT&T that their doubling our monthly data allowance to 6.0 GB's a month......as a thank you!? Sweet.......proof that caps are just $ makers... i recsll when I bought my firdt cell phone, my plan included like 15 minutes of talk time (circa 95').......n like $0.20 per minute extra! Lol ... Question .......am under the impression that Comcast will pardon the first 4 times you go over their 300GB cap....I.e. you won't be charged.....   However, I read somewhere on this forum, someone say that they'll pardon you on 4 occasions........yearly!  Unless I ünderstood incorrectly , Every year the customer will be aloud to go over 4 times?
