I contacted Comcast Customer Security Assurance 888-565-4329 abouot my issue. The first person I spoke with had me change some settings which did not solve the problem. He transfered me to a supervisor who also had me change some setting whcih did not help either. The supervisor told me they were going to reset the system whcih would solve the problem. He said it would take 24 hours and someone would call to follow up and make sure it was fixed. I tested the issue after 24 hours and I still could not receive emails from the two websites in question. Someone from Comcast called me about a week and half later to follow up. She turned off my Spam filter to see if that would solve the problem. It did allow emails from The Walking Company to come through but I still could not receive email from Aetrex. She did some research and determined that the problem with the Aetrex website was something on their end and not something Comcast could fix.

I have an active Comcast email account. Last month my bank said they were unable to send my credit card statement via email so they sent it via regular mail. Yesterday I was trying to order something from Aetrex.com. When I tried to log into my account with them the site said my email or password was invalid. I know I used the correct password but I clicked on the "Forgot Password" link to se if I could sort it out. I never received the email from them with the link to change my password. Later I tried to log on to TheWalkingCompany.com to check the status of a previous order. Their site says they have updated their website and I need to recreate an account. So I entered the info and it said they sent me an email to verify my email address. I have not received that email. I have received many emails from all there of these domains in the past. I am receiving lots of other emails to this email address so it sems to be just certain emails whcih are not received. Can someone help me figure out what is going one? Thank you!
