Comcast is a piece of work. They could enable the Fast Forward, but they choose not to, because they want the networks to supply them programming. This just shows that Comcast cares more about lining their pockets than their customers. Sad part is, they don't even spend the money or time to make the Fast Forward being disabled tolerable by getting the implementation right. For example: Why the heck can I not fast forward to a point in the media I'm watching that I've already reached? So, if I'm 5 minutes into what I'm watching, and I want to to rewatch the last minute and a half, why can't I fast forward through the first 5 minutes? It's easy Comcast, as the show is watched, you keep track of what the user has reached. When I want to fast forward, you allow me to fast forward to that point. Here's another... Why would Comcast disable the Guide menu while in the On-Demand section. How are people who want to use the Subtitles, supposed to use the darn subtitles? Comcast, you are a multi-billion dollar industry and it seems you cannot get anything right. Only thing you get right is your Corporate Geed and your ability to continue screw over your loyal customers.
