I had one xfinity home phone number, and ported my xfinity mobile number to become a second home phone number. A new line was added to my account to which the number was to be ported. The former mobile line is now working in my home, but when I try to set up the voicemail by pressing *99, a messages states "the voicemail you are trying to reach is not in service". Additionally, the website still shows the temporary number active on my account, but customer service said it isn't. I have run in circles with customer service and need someone who knows how to get this issue resolved.
