It's incredibly frustrating to have a question, see that 100 other people have already asked it, and open "Answered" thread to find there aren't any answers. It's even more infuriating when I see that someone has incorrectly answered the question and I can't provide a correct answer because the thread is archived. How about we worry less about cleaning up the threads and worry more about getting accurate information on them?
And they have proven you point by not repying to you after 1 year! Hundreds of us are frustrated by being ignored and I am further frustrated at being unable to find answers in the forum or the knowledgebase

First...why is it so difficult to connect with the Billing Dept? Options are chat, get a call back and "talk" to a useless artifical assistant who/that simply refers you to FAQs. I don't want to call or talk I'd prefer to send an email. This is the closest choice to an email.
My contract is due to expire Oct 22nd. I plan to renew soon but was waiting so that I wouldn't pay an increase sooner then necessary. In My Account online it shows that my plan WILL increase by x amount of $. My most recent statement covers Oct 19 - Nov 18 and shows the plan HAS increased by a larger amount of $. Please get it together.
I know Comcast charges in advance but this is crazy. Regardless of what the increase will ultimately be they will go through a bunch of debits and credits to make it all balance. Why not make contracts match billing dates?
