I’m having the same problem. All HD channels came in fine on 2 Roku devices before they signed me up for a new 2 year contract which was supposed to be EXACLY what I had before. After the contract was activated, no HD channels are on the Rokus but are on my mobile devices. Customer Service first says that I need to pay $10/month. I told her that I didn’t have to pay that before. She come back with “ call the manufacturer”. Doesn’t make sense but I decided to replace one HD Roku with a new 4K one. There is an issue in a database. call 800-Comcast, select tech support for cable TV. ask the agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask the team member to reprovision your streaming device entitlements. if someone talks about sending a hit to your home equipment they do not understand. this is for app/streaming website. if the team member seems confused ask for a supervisor. once they reprovision your streaming entitlements the roku should work on those channels. is your roku set to 1080p? is an account problem. I’ll call on Monday but this unnecessary time and expense is aggravating.
