Ever since I set up my account, Peacock on Xfinity has been worthless. It takes 3 or 4 minutes to open on a good day, but half the time it just freezes. On those days I am lucky enough to connect, it freezes after 10 minutes or so. Yes, I have reset my box. Yes, all other apps (Hulu, Negtflix and Amazon) work fine. It would seem that an ISP that provides its own content could get this right. I see online that this is a regular issue. Any assistance would be appreciated.
