ComcastAmira, The problem was with all VH1 programming. It did resolve itself within a few days of my post, so I can watch VH1 again. If the problem recurs, I'll get a screen cap of the error message and post it here. Thank you, Cat

All of a sudden, I can't watch VH1 shows on demand -- why is that? I've always been able to watch that channel on demand, and I can still watch the channel "live" -- so why do I get a pitch to add it to my lineup when trying to watch it on demand?

I actually use connect.xfinity.com to view my emails, so I checked some of my saved Xfinity emails, and they all do have the logo, as do the forum-related ones I just received today. The email I posted about (supposedly from "Admin") didn't have this logo, so I will ignore it as spam. BruceW, thank you for your assistance!

I've gotten a "Final Reminder" email telling me: "The Classic version of Comcast Email will be replaced by our new version. So it’s time to verify, before you lose your email access." This is followed by a link labeled "Restore Log-in". Is this legitimate, or a scam? I've never gotten any information about a new email version other than these emails.

Is this browser change very recent? I never had any broken images before; this only started in the last week. Like a previous poster mentioned, my emails will show some images, but not others (and all trace back to the same site).

I'm also having this problem, but only with my xfinity emails, not with my other ones. Even within xfinity email, only some messages are affected. I tried copying and pasting image addresses into another tab, and I see the images, not any kind of error. I've had my account for years, and this has only started to happen within the last few days. ????
