This needs to be shared with all of the customer service reps. I called comcast twice in March to verify that the MLB.TV component was going to be offered this year with the Extra Innings package. Both times I was put on hold, the CSR asked their manager and came back and verified that yes, that was being offered again. I verified again when I called to add the extra innings to our package. Again, I was told that yes it was. So I signed up for the extra innings. Jokes on me now, I guess. I assumed the CSR's and managers knew what they were talking about.
