This statement is not true. I called the number and of coures she gives me a lecture on Netflix, Firestick and that I might have a virus. I'm at 265GB in 10 days as a single user. I would have to be streaming HD 10 hours a day to reach those numbers. I usually not running it for more than 4 hour in an evening. I was never over 500GBIn Past 6 months. Last month just under a terabyte. I have a Mac and only use for email and I dont open unknown attachments. I can see on my router the usage is low. Tonight for example I have used only 155 mb. I will check and see how much its added tomorrow though its says it may not have the last 24 hours. I cant use the xFI app. Even though my modem says its current but its not listed in their compatible list. If I go over, I think the only recourse is to switch to Centurylink which is unlimited.

All of the sudden my data usage has skyrocketed. Last month I had 980 gb. I just checked and at 10 days I have 270 gb used. That would mean 27gb a day. From what I read that would be like streaming 20 hours a day. I live alone and usually have it on for maybe 4 hours max in evening. Is it possible they have wrong readings? I'm already at what normal usuage would be in a month. I cant see anything that has changed.
