I am so frustrated! I have spoken to 4 agents and been told varying information. 2 told me i would not be billed, one told me i would be billed and someone would call me back and 1 literally said my computer isn't working, i can't help you at all. My father in law died. He had an account at a memory care facility. It was suggested, when we signed him up, to put it in our name because he had dementia and couldn't make decisions for himself. NOW< i am being charged a $130 early termination fee because it was in my name and I didn't die. YOUR COMPANY TOLD ME TO DO IT THIS WAY AND NOW I AM BEING PENALIZED. What's worse is, the first 2 agents told me i didn't need to pay it. One asked for a copy of the death certificate, one didn't. I actually paid the balance due (also conflicting numbers btw). But my balance still says i owe for the early termination. AAAHHHHHHHH!!! Someone, with authority, should call me and help. So far, this has been awful....except for the 1st agent. She was kind, compassionate and helpful. Truthfully, i was telling people how great the experience had been.....until i received the additional bill. HELP!!!!
