I have an old Linksys WVC54GCA web camera that until recently was capable of sending an EMail message whenever it detected motion. This functionality seems to have been disabled by Comcast in that their SMTP server refuses to send the email. It doesn't matter if using Comcast.net for to/from or any other combination of EMail SMTP servers that I have tried. Is there any way to rectify this situation? Seems the webcam is not capable of satisfying Comcast's security standards for sending via SMTP.
