The Stream app on my Roku was showing the same content on it's correct channel # and on the channel above it, so I called Comcast to report it. They refreshed my modem/connection, and from then on I can no longer use the Sream app. It gives me a message that I need to be on my in-home Wifi for it to work. It is connected to my in-home Wifi. I even tried reconnecting again. I've tried removing the Stream app and re-adding it. I've signed out and in to the app numerous times. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Comcast's Philippines call center, but no one could fix the problem. That was two nights ago. I tried to check it using my PC, and I can get to the channels and click watch, so I assume it's working, although their page is so bloated, and my PC isn't new enough, so it never actually starts playing. I've been using the Roku app for a year or two now.
