Mine freezes at around 13 minute. It’s usually Bravo shows with me. You can’t fast forward thru commercials while using On Demand, so after freeze, I discontinue viewing bc who has the time to go thru that again, only to freeze....again! Frustrating and disappointing, bill is too high to not be able to view shows when you want. Planning ahead, DVR works, but not always thinking ahead.

I have been a Comcast customer for over 20 years. Based on my billing inquiry yesterday, the agent referred to me as a “loyal long time customer.” I agree, I am loyal, but what has Comcast done for me? Where are their loyalties for the long time customer? I have tv, internet, and voice. Bundle discount is gone, service went up and bill increase was $44 a month. Agent that tried to help me offered a two year contract for an identical package but, now bill will be $10 more a month. My new neighbor, a new customer, pays more than $70 a month less than me for the same package.
NOT loyal! I pay my bills on time, always have, remain a long time customer.....yet my fees increase, and I’m forced to renegotiate every other year. Comcast, where are your loyalties? Yes, I agreed to another term, yet may absorb some losses. I am no longer feeling loyal and actively seeking other options after our 21 year partnership.
