Why is the IVR programmed to stick you in an infinite loop to reset your modem even after you reset the modem and the internet comes back up? Talk about the most frustrating experience EVER.
I finally found the web page where I could get a call back. Heard that the "upper management" knows of the problem but won't fix it even though hundreds of people complained about it.
