Just finished a 3 month trial of Showtime, didn't like it very much so I cancelled. I chatted online to find out if I could sample one of the other premium channels and was told I don't have anything else available on my account? When I explained I'm not buying something I cannot try, the chat rep, after pausing for 5 minutes, relented and stated I could try Starz! for 3 months.
Is Comcast always this difficult? How come I couldn't pick one of the others to try?
