Comcast Email Hacked

My email account was hacked and I have not been able to send or receive emails since it happened a few days ago. I have tried resetting my password but I still do not see any new emails coming in since my account was hacked. How can I fix this?

My Comcast email account was hacked. I've changed password already. The thieves copied my entire email address book and then deleted all the entries. Is there anyway I can recover those email addresses?
