Good Lord - My recording stopped before the 8th inning of the World Series! I missed all the important action! If you knew there was a problem with this feature, I do not understand why you didn't warn users in some way! This has also been happening to me during football and basketball games. At first I thought I must have been setting my recordings incorrectly. But the way you have it set up, the recordings are automatically set for "auto extend," which I only just now find out does not work. Shame on you, Comcast!
