I am showing that I have used almost 1200 GB this month already. This is 4 times the amount we use the last month and our internet usage has not changed. I keep calling and they say the same thing that we have two free months of going over our data limit but that doesn't change the fact that the data usage is not correct this month. It is showing that we are using data even when all of our machines are off. Something is wrong with the data usage system and I am very frustrated. It looks like we may have to cancel our service with Comcast if this is not resolved.
