Thanks for your help. For those with the same issue, here is the fix. I added the technology package to my account. I waited a few hours. I needed to then delete the stream app and reinstall. I now have access to the HD channels and my screen picture is no longer "boxed in". On the samsung, I was also able to add filer to only show me the HD channels in the guide. Hope this helps someone with the same issue.
