I have found the solution to watching extra time games. I flew to London and went to the Watford Burnley game - now I just need Comcast to refund me $650 !

Saturday Jan 14 and I can't access the extra time games again - called Comcast technical support ( oxymoron) and they did nothing. Direct TV here I come

Well I never received a call back from "Tier3" as promised (anyone surprised) and it also appears that Comcast do not monitor these conversations anymore - have they given up trying to work out how to perform this simple function? Are they too embarrassed to make an apperance?
So I repeat a previous posting..... Comcast Support - an oxymoron and await next weekends debacle.

Comcast Tony writes...."That being said I do think the way were are offering PL this year is vastly superior to previous years. Granted yes, its only on our X1 platform, BUT we were able to allow for fast-forwarding via the new system which is great... if only you could find the games!"

As in quite normal the Comcast rep has no idea what he (she) is talking about. If you read above you can see that with persistance it was possible to find the extra time games ( two weeks ago) but they are only available for a short time and seem to vanish prior to the end of Sat.
Comcast Tony seems to think that there will be tiles this weekend but based on the last 3 weeks performance by Comcast i'm not holding my breath. The only way I have found to access the games is by a name search on the team.

Thanks Tony - if you could get the folder added that would be a great help - on second thoughts since Watford are being taken to the cleaners it might have been better not to be able to see it.
