Every time today(12/17/24) when I try to get into my email, it just bounces me back to some page that says I can access my email by clicking on this link. The problem is it doesn't work. Nothing is working.

Same here. Been going on for most of the morning. Happening on my laptop, desktop and phone. I turned off phone wifi and tried connecting with cell signal and got the same result.

Email is down. Can we expect a prompt response to this problem?

I have no idea what caused this to happen, but randomly a couple hours ago my email account stopped being able to respond to emails on my computer. When I click reply, it just hangs at the loading screen for several minutes and then says "The connection to remote server imap-central.ge.xfinity.com t

Sorry to hear that, user_898721. So far this morning everything is working for me. Hopefully it stays that way. Hope they get you back up and running soon!

Okay, I'm not all that tech savvy, but I should have tried this before. When I turn off my Comcast wifi and turn on 4G LTE data on my phone, I have no problems with emails. No time outs. Can access all folders and messages. Can send and receive me

Appreciate it, Latoque. I have been having a little more success over the past 30 minutes or so, but still having issues. Hopefully that means they're working on it. And with your info and escalation, hopefully this will be resolved soon.

All---------- I just tried using Firefox, and when I clicked on "Compose" I got the same message everyone else is reporting. However, if I click on the X to get out of the error, and then click on "Compose" again it seems to work OK.  I sent

Just spoke with rep. He does not see any issues on his side so has escalated. I receive timeout error/untrusted certificate error consistently.

Thanks, BruceW. Didn't know that. Though it seems kind of dumb to work that way. Comcast monitors these boards. It would be helpful if an official Comcast employee acknowledged that they're aware of this issue and are working on it!
