I made the mistake of chatting online with a tech about another problem - and whatever he did caused the app to stop working. (and didn't fix my other problem either!) I have called Comcast and been referred to their "App Department". No one seems to have a clue as to what the problem is and what to do about it. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, turned off and restarted Wifi many times with no success - just the message. I am at my wit's end.
