Thanks for the info. After spending time searching the Microsoft Forums as well as spending time on the phone with a Comcast Rep who gave me the same info I found in the Microsoft Forums, I was understandably frustrated since my mail had simply stopped coming through to Outlook (Windows 8.1) last Wednesday. Today with the proper port numbers and incoming mail server listing, I was able to make my mail come to Outlook again very easily. It did not take but a minute to register my mail as IMAP.
