Try these steps.
Unplug all pods. Make sure first pod has one room between it and router
Unplug router, count to 10, plus back in. Wait for it to come online.
Plug in first pod. Use app on your phone to add pod. Main page hit the three dots for more. Add a device. xFi pods. Get started, follow prompts. If the pod does not connect to the pod, start over again until it does connect. If you have already added a pod be sure you delete them all before starting over.

No, no, no. Don't do anything. I called CS Saturday and she got them working.
I think the secret when trying to add back a pod is to exit out of the application and start over when the phone doesn't connect to the pod. I did that several times at each pod and it finally took.

Still not connecting. The light continues to flash on and off. I have reset router again. I have unplugged and replugged numerous times.

Pods were working fine, had a technician come to fix problem with the touchscreen on the security system. He got it up and running, but the pods went down when he reset modem. He messed with them to get them up (probably should have left alone as it takes awhile for them to come back on line). He removed the pods from the app and tried to add one back, it never added back. He left.
I have been trying to add them back. I added one to the app and my phone continues to say connecting to pod, but it never gets it connected. Then it times out. Is there a reset button on the pod that I need to stick a paper clip in or something? Why won't it connect?

I did have a Comcast guy come out. He made some changes and did hard wire the den TV (our main TV) and we have not had any issues since.

I have a in house supervisor technician coming Friday to hard wire the den TV. That is our main TV and the furtherest from the router. I have the pods which are supposed to expended the coverage, but I want that TV hard wired, no wifi. The technician that installed I think took the easy way out as he didn't want to have to run "wire."

Is there a MoCA filter that needs to go on the modem? This issue is happening quite frequently and is frustrating to have to reset the DVR, reset the modem, etc. I can't tell you how many times I have done this since it was all installed about two weeks ago. The only time Directv would pixelate was during a major storm, but this is happening a lot.

Recently switched to Xfinity Quad. Lastest router, remotes, boxes. Den TV keeps freezing up, get error above multiple times per day. Very frustrating. I need this fixed! I thought at first it had to do with the Pods, from reading here seems it is something else.
