About me

My name is Joe and I was born at New York city on 13 June 1944. I've lived at various locations both Occidental and Oriental, moving here to Portland in 1969. During the Second Indo-China War I served at Da Nang in the Republic of Viet Nam with the U.S. Air Force Security Service. I worked as a Radio Intercept Analysis Specialist. Tertiary education culminated in receipt of a bachelor of science degree from the University of Oregon School of Journalism on 10 June 1973. Subsequently I worked in the journalistic media of magazines, newspapers, radio and television. In 1995 I retired from that profession. I now enjoy appreciating the arts and keeping cats, plus reading and writing.
