your isp's dhcp does not function properly

Can connect to internet through ethernet, but wireless does not work. Router is ASUS Model RT-AC3100.

PM'd @ComcastChe and waiting for a response. If anyone else can help, would really appreciate. Spent the whole day on this. Restarted everything I can...

I am also having this same issue with a asus aimesh ac1750 system. I have no wifi, but my direct connection to the modem works. A technician has tried reprovisioning it, but still the same error persists.

Same issue! Please help. It makes it extremely difficult to work from home and I even purchased a new router thinking my old one was going bad.
