I am using an iPhone 8 with iOS14 installed and have started to get " no internet access" error when trying to use an xfinity hotspot "xfinitywifi". I have no trouble on my home network or other wifi networks. I reset all network settings hoping that would solve the issue, but it did not work. I read that clearing the certificate or profile was a solution, but Settings >general>profile is no longer an option to clear the profile or security certificate. I have tried the hotspot app and it did not work either. Please provide me some guidance on how to clear this issue.
