xfinity error code 0106

Sorry if this is the wrong spot for this -

 

I have Xfinity internet and I am supposed to be able to connect to Xfinity hotspots but I keep getting the error code 0106 - 

 

Anyone know how to proceed with this?

Did you get a resolution to this? They recently did a soft disconnect on me bc I was late on my bill and after they reconnected me this feature no longer works on my cell phone I am getting error 0106 - it’s never done this before
