xfi Advanced Security Blocking email

Hello Experts, 

 

My company recently switch to Microsoft O365 and since then I can no longer receiver emails from my Citrix Secure Mail app on my Adnroid mobile when xfi advanced security is enabled. I already worked with my company for troubleshooing the app but it works when I either turn off wifi and go on the ATT mobile network or disbale xfi security. I also checked my Firewall settings and they are set to low.

xfi advance security also has issues with their own comcast emails and Hotmail. When starting Outlook 365, comcast email takes a long time to come in, hotmail can't connect (error messages, trying to connect) for about 5 min, then it starts to sync with exchange server. Turning off advanced security fixes it, but that's not what should happen. Why have xfi Advanced security if you have to turn it off.

Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue (copy your post and paste it there). Thanks. Re-closing this year-old dead thread that was improperly re-opened by the new forum software / platform. A known issue that is being worked on.
