That is what I use all the time. As soon as i set a bedtime schedule it automatically shuts off devices at the time I save it

I just tried setting downtime for my boys tonight I used my 10:00 pm usual setting for my youngest and it didn’t pause him as of yet. I will see what happens at 10:00 pm I’m hoping it’s fixed. I will keep you posted.

10:00 pm and the downtime worked. Looks like the issue might be fixed. Now to see if the other downtime’s work tonight.

I am having the exact same problem. It seems like it is a clock issue. My son's XBOX went off exactly 5 hours before it should have.

We are having exact same issue. Suddenly it’s blocking access for any device that’s associated with a downtime schedule at all. So very frustrating and did you know we are paying extra for this feature?! On top of the high fees we pay this is a chargeable “feature”

Same problem but have you all noticed that it blocks all mostly in the evening and it all seems to have started on 2/12? I have downtime set for myself and my kids and I couldn’t access anything on the app even. Finally used cellular data to connect to website and tested all devices, speeds and modem. Everything shows perfect but still won’t work. I have a hotspot near enough to connect and it and cellular data works perfectly. I finally deleted all downtime schedules, like most of you had to do, and now I can connect. I’m not seeing anything on the posts with a universal answer to what seems a universal problem. If anyone has gotten an answer from xfinity please post it so maybe we can all fix our schedules.

Same problem for me since 2/11. Last night (2/15) it began working properly again. Set my kids downtime for 10p-8a and it went off at 10. App shows it’s still paused now and should come back in 15 min. Whatever was happening is finally fixed. This is after a day spent messaging support and then having me reboot, delete app, clear cache etc which did NOTHING to help. It was obviously on their side and they finally addressed it.

Thanks for the update. I think I’m going to wait until after the school day ends and try again to set schedules. I’m hoping you’re right and it will run smoothly again. Otherwise I’ll be collecting power cords and phones, and nobody wants to do that with teenagers! 😉

It would be nice just to get some type of confirmation from Comcast. This obviously was a widespread issue. How difficult is it for them to say, "we recognize that there is an issue and we're working on it." Also, if the issue has been addressed, it would be nice to get an official word on that as well. That is how a company with "good" customer service operates but it has never been the Comcast way. Too many times they leave us all in the dark.

I am having the same issue with my children's devices and downtime schedule.  Is there a way to fix this?

Comcast now has the downtime time zone issue fixed so anyone who deleted downtimes or changed them to UTC/GMT may now add them back in your local time zone!

This morning my grandson call me at work to tell he was unable to connect the PS4 to the Internet, because I had start and pause downtime of by five hours. I moved the PS4 to a different profile without downtime setting. Just finish test downtime., and YES it is working once again

I can also confirm the issue has been fixed.  Thanks Comcast for making this a priority.

So, clearly this is a bug on xfinity’s end as we are all experiencing the same issue. I have six children on different downtime and restriction levels, will we be informed when this problem is resolved?

Same problem as described. Downtime setting blocks the the kids entirely regardless of the time set.

Having different times for when your kids service is desired to be paused would be frustrating if they were not the correct times desired.
