xPods stopped working

I purchased 3 xPods and they worked ok for almost a year. Then, they started disconnecting frequently. I went through the recommended troubleshooting exercises.  They would reconnect.  But they continue to go offline intermittently until they are unplugged and plugged back in for reconnection.  Although I initially reported the issues as internet speed or equipment problems, they are definitely the xPods. How can I get these replaced?
