xFi app and web page won't let me unpause, says "We're Having some trouble"

As the subject says, I can't unpause a specific profile. I've been trying for a half an hour, even tried unplugging the modem and plugging it back in.

 

Seems like an issue on the Comcast side with their xFi app. How can I get this resolved?
