xFi Pods Installation issues

I ordered a set of 3 xFi Pods a couple of weeks ago.  i have yet to be able to have them activated or work properly.  i have spent several hours on technical support calls, and finally was able to have a support ticket escalated to Tier Level 3 support.  they closed my ticket saying the issue was resolved, but i still cannot manage to get these units to work.  

i have followed all directions to the letter, and reset my modem dozens of times--all to no avail.  I would sure love some feedback from someone on how to get these working.
