te-9-1-ur01.dover.nj.panjde.comcast.net is saturated!

All,

I'm experiencing intermittent network outages, and when I run PingPlotter (which everyone shoud have btw) I see te-9-1-ur01.dover.nj.panjde.comcast.net is always >90% packet loss.

 

And when my internet gets spotty, this hop will be at 99 or even 100% packet loss.

 

I hope this helps address internal issues.

Please post the compete trace or plot. A traceroute to a target beyond this router would be preferable.

Please see https://www.dslreports.com/faq/14068. The trace continues past the timeouts at hops 4 and 5 and reaches the destination (and back) in about 10 ms, so the timeouts are probably not significant. If run at other times of the day, especially in the evening, the results may be different.
