speed increase?

Allegedly, I was increased from 150 to 200.

Since that notice, I am lucky to hit even 100--even on ethernet. 

 

Yes, I have rebooted the router and modem to no effect. 

 

No new other devices.

I think they sent some of the notices out too soon.  Mine didn't increase when I restarted the modem right after receiving the email, but a week or two later I saw a tech news article that mentioned Comcast doing this and it reminded me to try again - and that time I saw the increase.

Due to web traffic in your area, it may have peaks and valleys during certain times. Try checking

at a late night or very early morning time. Good luck!
