speed decrease one the gig plan

I noticed lots of disconnects the last few weeks since the storm in NJ.

Then yesterday it seems I connected to a different central office. (was connected to Perth Amboy NJ and now its Colonia NJ) I live smack in the middle of these two. 

My speeds have dropped to 500-600 Mbps from 900Mbps+

 

I rebooted both router and modem. 

unplugged both.

I went straight from modem to desktop pc which can handle 1 gig. Same issue

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

The signal stats are o/k. Are there any error / event log entries being shown ? If so, please post them as well.
