Good evening - looking for help with the above error I am seeing in my Arris SB8200 log.

 

The modem is 2 months old and works great, though we have intermittent losses of connectivity.  We pay for a 300MB plan and see those speeds.

 

My network consists of the above modem, along with an Apple WiFi router.
