internet unstable, very low to no speed

Having issues with no, low or inconsistent speed on my boost plan for over 3 weeks.  In the early days, called and it would improve a couple of days and then down again.  Called 4/3/20 and after all the restarts and running diagnostics Im told the problem is on the outside service line.  Appointment set up for Saturday 4/4/20;  no one called ,no one ever showed up.  Problem improved slightly two days then mid week worse than ever.  Called 4/8/20 and after going thru all the nonsense again, appointment set for today 4/9/20.  No show, no call.   What is a customer to do????   The local office is apparently closed due to the virus; chat does not operate; <Edited>; resetting modem useless and going to support to research service issues or to run speed test either fails or returns an error.   So I think I need to call yet again.  Well that's a lengthy process becuase "their people have transitioned to work from home."  <Edited>.  1-2 hours after dealing with the xfinity robot you get someone on the other side of the world who does not speak English well enough and who sets up yet another appointment.  This
