internet unstable, very low to no speed
Having issues with no, low or inconsistent speed on my boost plan for over 3 weeks. In the early days, called and it would improve a couple of days and then down again. Called 4/3/20 and after all the restarts and running diagnostics Im told the problem is on the outside service line. Appointment set up for Saturday 4/4/20; no one called ,no one ever showed up. Problem improved slightly two days then mid week worse than ever. Called 4/8/20 and after going thru all the nonsense again, appointment set for today 4/9/20. No show, no call. What is a customer to do???? The local office is apparently closed due to the virus; chat does not operate;
