My internet speed is less than 1% of what I am paying for (1000 mbps vs 4mbps). I tried restarting the modem, but that did not work. None of the support chat services are currently working.
I'm having the same issue, but I'm getting between 20-40Mbps. Still nowhere close to the advertised speed. This has been going on for roughly 5-7 days.
I am experiencing the same issue. And now, I'm forced to work from home this is incredibly frustrating. Gave up trying to connect with Chat also.
