internet connectivity

currently I do not have internet connectivity. was working earlier this morning then just stopped. Can't get thru to an agent. tried the call back feature and when they called me back it was a robot saying do I need someone to call me back, I said yes and then it said can't call back due a system error. need help asap. I've already tried everyting suggested as far as resetting.  area code 38135 - st address 6161.... It may be a wide outage but can't tell.
