can't connect to thecybershadow.net and can't find the reason.

I'm having an issue with a particular domain host, which is precisely where its game rooms are hosted for Worms Armageddon.

I can't join their rooms cause they're hosted at wormnet.net which is the same to say as thecybershadow.net, my intuition tells me it will work if they were hosted using ipv6 cause I can do the following command on cmd. ping -6 thecybershadow.net and I get ping results from its ipv6 addresses but not using ping -4 on cmd in windows 10.

When I reset modem or the comcast technicians send refresh signals after contacting them, I can connect to the rooms fine for only for 1 or 2 days, sometimes for only a few minutes before I get timeouts again.

Comcast technician ordered a new modem which I swapped succesfully with connection back on and the same thing happened, only worked for a few minutes, I contacted thecybershadow.net and he sent me a tracert report from his end in eastern europe.

I also did the same from my end (when it works) this is the result:

apparently the problem is not in my house but the next device after the signal leaves my house which might be a nat rule or something like that I don't know about.

How can I find out what it is that's causing the lack of connectivity under that domain?

Please also post a trace from your end when it doesn't connect.

Ok so your packets are being blocked right at your gateway device.

Try disabling the Xfi Advanced Security feature as a work-around for now and see. It's buggy ! And there is currently no way for an end-user to be able to whitelist anything;
