My Zoom meetings of 15-20 people are freezing often during 75-minute meetings. Transfer speed is slow at times, my voice and mouth don’t match. How to fix this?
Congestion on the network, either your internet connection or the site that is freezing, could be the issue. What are your upload/download speeds in your service plan?
Speeds are 1000/30 Mbps.
Could it be a modem issue? We have NetGear modem CM400.

What does Zoom technical support say?

That is the incorrect modem for the gigabit speed tier. You need a DOCSIS 3.1 capable modem.
This seems to be a comcast internet service problem. Comcast customers lock up or get disconnected. Non-comcast customers don't have this problem
Zoom meetings take alot of resources, resources are shared on your computer, i assume your referring to a computer, try opening the task manager and set the priority on your zoom program to a higher level of priority. it will allocate more cpu power and memory to your zoom program, Zoom its self recommands this,
