I have been using Zoom for several months and have had issues with the "unstable connection" errors over the last week or two. I have reset the modem and my router and still not any better. Any suggestions on what may be the issue?
I have an Arris Docsis 3.0 modem and Netgeat Router. my upstream power is between 43-46 dBmv. My downstream power is 1.6-3.4 dB depending on the channel with SNR of 38-41 dB. thanks for any insight or help.
