Zoom Problems

I have just moved in with a roommate that uses zoom all day long for work. Since moving in a few days ago, every call he has been on has cut out after a few minutes. Internet speed should not be a problem(300mbps) and I am not doing anything strenuous on the internet while he is on a call. I have seen a few others have had this problem as well, but couldn't find a solution. Anybody have an idea what could help?
