I have just moved in with a roommate that uses zoom all day long for work. Since moving in a few days ago, every call he has been on has cut out after a few minutes. Internet speed should not be a problem(300mbps) and I am not doing anything strenuous on the internet while he is on a call. I have seen a few others have had this problem as well, but couldn't find a solution. Anybody have an idea what could help?
Is this on wi-fi? If so, try a wired connection. I had wide variations in Zoom stability on wi-fi at different locations, but then switched to ethernet a few months ago and haven't had a single problem since. If you have a laptop without an ethernet connection, there are cheap USB to ethernet adapters that work fine.
