I've been using on demand passes with my ps4 for well over a year, never had a problem, also used passes on my phones as well but around two months ago out of nowhere non of my devices would connect. My phones will show "unable to obtain IP address" and my ps4 has no NAT type. Sometimes I can connect and it will take me to the screen to buy a pass but the last two times I bought a week pass for my ps4, it will work that night but not after the next day. I've called and got no answers and no refunds. I don't understand why all of a sudden it just stops working. I only use the ps4 to watch Netflix and movies from psn or youtube but I guess thats to much to ask for now. Not sure why I cant connect anymore and all i get told is that theres no issues and its my devices. Anyone know a fix or a explanation as to why I cant connect and get a nat type?
