Xfinity on Demand not working 77006

After months of using Xfinity on demand WiFi, the system is suddenly down? I can connect, but get messages of “no internet” and “no valid IP address”. This is the case consistently across all my devices, so the issue is definitely with the Xfinity hotspots. I’d like to renew my monthly pass, but what’s the point if I can’t get online?

You will need to contact the Xfinity Wifi Access team at 866 489-0919, they will be able to assist you further with any access and / or any pass issues.
