Xfinity hotspot is not working

Hi,

The "xfinity" hotspot in my area is not working for several days. I don't know who can help us with it.

It seems the hotspot just stop giving any IP address of devices. 

The address is 13XX NE 83rd Dr, Vancouver 98665
